Ebay to Sue mom & pop store for Eleventy billion dollars by moretrading.com by Shelly Wagman

Auction power house Ebay has decided to sue a Mom and Pop store for Eleventy billion dollars for copyright infringement. Gamoto Putsosue's Mom & Pop, Store Sluts and Butts, is being sued for putting up a sign in their front window stating they have “items for sale”. According to Ebay, they have the rights to the word Items, For and Sale and the phrase “Items For Sale”. Dino Kefalis, the vice president of tying shoes on ebay, stated that no one on this planet has the right to use those words because they're owned by Ebay.

Mr.Putsosue was at a loss for words when he found out about this lawsuit. His exact words were “how could this be happening to me? How could anyone own the right to common English words? Is Elenventy billion dollars even a real number? ”This shows us all again how Ebay likes to push around the little people by flexing their muscles.

In light of the ever growing need for alternative and uncorrupted ecommerce venues today it seems only fitting that a site like auctionspoof.com has found a true niche. This site is for fun and at the same time will hopefully shed some insight on the ridiculous and almost comical actions and changes recently implemented to certain venues such as eBay, ioffer, paypal(payment processor) ebay, ecrater and oh yeah did I mention eBay. The stories you will read hear are fictitious and any resemblance to true fact is purely coincidental.
